By accessing and using this ordering system, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Orders and Payments
- All orders placed through the public QR menu are subject to availability and kitchen acceptance.
- Prices are subject to change according to restaurant management policies.
- Payments must be completed as per the restaurant's accepted methods (Cash, UPI, Card, or Room Charge).
- Refunds and cancellations are handled at the sole discretion of the restaurant management.
3. User Conduct & Anti-Spam
You agree to use the service only for lawful ordering purposes. You must not submit false, test, or speculative orders to the kitchen. IP addresses, table session tokens, and device identifiers may be logged to prevent abuse.
